Dexbi and Ticket Tool: AI answers inside your Discord tickets

Ticket Tool is a widely used Discord ticket bot: members click a panel and it opens a private ticket channel for them. Dexbi is an AI support agent. It doesn't replace your ticket bot. It answers inside the tickets your ticket bot opens, so members get an answer from your own docs before anyone on your team has to read the ticket.

Many ticket bots can close tickets and save transcripts too. Use whichever you prefer, and switch the matching Dexbi option off.

Do I need to replace Ticket Tool?

No. Dexbi doesn't open tickets, so keep the panel and ticket bot you already use. Dexbi works with any ticket bot that creates each ticket as a text channel inside a category, which is how Ticket Tool tickets are usually set up.

Looking for a Ticket Tool alternative with AI?

If what's missing is answers rather than ticket management, you don't have to switch bots. Add Dexbi next to your ticket bot: it answers the questions your documents cover, says so when they don't, and hands a ticket to your staff when one of your escalation rules matches.

Set it up

  1. Add Dexbi to your server and give it your help documents, files or website.
  2. In the Dexbi dashboard, open Deploy and create a Ticket agent.
  3. Check the category Ticket Tool creates tickets in. Every new ticket there gets an answer.
  4. Write an escalation rule so Dexbi knows when to hand a ticket to your team.

The full walkthrough is in the docs: Answer support tickets. Dexbi has a Free plan with 100 AI replies a month, and paid plans are on the pricing page.

Ticket Tool is a separate product made by its own team. Dexbi isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Ticket Tool. For what Ticket Tool does today, see its own site.
