Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By adding Dexbi to a Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any community you administer. If you do not agree, do not install or use Dexbi.
These terms apply to all plans, including the free tier.
2. The service
Dexbi is an AI support agent that answers questions and runs plain-language procedures inside Discord communities. Features, limits, and reply allowances vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.
We work hard to keep Dexbi available, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content Dexbi is trained on, the procedures you configure, and how the agent is used in your server. You must have the right to connect any documents, sources, or Discord servers you link.
You agree not to use Dexbi to send spam, harass members, or violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately; you can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Reply allowances and procedure runs reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
5. Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe Dexbi is being used to break the law, abuse the service, or endanger other users. Where possible we will give notice first.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexbi and ASSET LAB LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
