Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By adding Dexbi to a Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any community you administer. If you do not agree, do not install or use Dexbi.
Dexbi is operated by ASSET LAB LLC. These terms apply to all plans, including the free tier.
2. The service
Dexbi is an AI support agent that answers questions and runs plain-language procedures inside Discord communities. Features, limits, and reply allowances vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.
Dexbi's replies are generated by AI from the knowledge you connect. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review how your agent answers and correct its knowledge when it gets something wrong.
We work hard to keep Dexbi available, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content Dexbi is trained on, the procedures you configure, and how the agent is used in your server. You must have the right to connect any documents, sources, or Discord servers you link.
You agree not to use Dexbi to send spam, harass members, or violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
The free plan includes 100 AI replies a month for each server, and one account can have up to 5 free servers at a time.
Paid plans (Lite, Basic, Pro, and Max) are priced per server, as shown on our pricing page, and are billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately; you can cancel at any time from the dashboard's billing settings and will retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which the server returns to the free plan.
A workspace cannot be deleted while its paid plan is still set to renew; you must cancel the plan first from the dashboard's billing settings. When you cancel, no further charges are made, the server keeps its plan until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and it then returns to the free plan. A new customer may request a refund within 14 days of their first payment; this is a one-time courtesy per customer, granted at our discretion. Otherwise, we do not give refunds or credits for any unused part of a billing period. Once the plan is cancelled, you may delete the workspace; deleting it ends the plan immediately, without a refund or credit. To close your account, you must first cancel any paid plan and delete the servers you own.
When a server moves to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted. Anything over the new plan's limits (documents, guidance rules, audiences, teammates and the like) is paused, newest first, and stops being used until you remove enough to fit or upgrade again, at which point it resumes on its own. While over a limit, you can't add more of that item.
Monthly allowances, such as AI replies, do not roll over. On the free plan they reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month. On a paid plan they reset at 00:00 UTC each month on the day your subscription started (its billing date), and a new subscription starts a new allowance period from the day it begins.
5. Acceptable use
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe Dexbi is being used to break the law, abuse the service, or endanger other users. Where possible we will give notice first.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexbi and ASSET LAB LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
