A Discord support agent that resolves.
Not just FAQs.
Dexbi is an AI support agent for Discord. It handles all your support, from general questions to your entire ticketing system.
- Answers from your own docs
- Works with your ticket bot
Most support bots
can’t actually help.
They answer the easy questions, then hand everything else to a human. And that’s after days of setup just to get there.
Hundreds of settings, endless tabs, and no clear path. Adding or editing content means digging through menus for hours.
They paste a help article and stop. Ask for anything real, like a refund, and they hand it straight to a human.

Meet Dexbi, the support agent that takes real action.
Live in three steps, no mess. Dexbi answers from your own documents, hands tickets to your staff on your rules, and closes them once they’re solved. Soon it will run your procedures too.
From your docs to deployed,
in three steps.
Train it on what you know, shape how it speaks, then ship it anywhere your members are.
Point Dexbi at your docs, sites, and channels. It indexes everything.
Test your agent within the dashboard and refine it. Your customers never see it.
Flip it on where your members already are. Live in minutes.
Procedures, written
in plain English.
Arriving soon on Pro and Max. A procedure tells Dexbi what to do when a situation comes up — when it triggers and the steps to follow. No flowcharts, no code.
A customer asks for a refund on a recent order, or says they were charged incorrectly.
An answer is only useful
if it arrives the right way.
The right language, the right people, the right format, and a source to back it up.
Search your knowledge base with an image. Train Dexbi on images too.
Keep sensitive docs to the right people. Scoped per role and channel.
With Component v2 I build the reply out of real blocks, so I can put text here,
And I can keep writing after the image too.
No more ugly replies. Text, images, and buttons in one clean reply.
Members ask in any language. Dexbi replies natively in 60+.
Write rules in plain English. Dexbi applies them to tone, escalation, and limits.

Questions, answered
Everything else is in the Dexbi docs.
Dexbi is an AI support agent for Discord. It handles all your support, from general questions to your entire ticketing system. You give it your help documents, files or website, and it answers your members' questions in your channels and support tickets. In tickets, it hands the conversation to your staff when one of your escalation rules matches.
Yes. There's a Free plan with no time limit and 100 AI replies a month. Paid plans add more replies and features, and you can cancel any time.
Every plan includes both agents, tickets, escalation and website sync, and reads images members send. Higher plans add more replies, documents, websites and teammates. From Basic up, Dexbi also reads the images inside your documents, like screenshots and diagrams in a PDF. The table under the plans compares every limit.
Only from the knowledge you give it: documents you write in the dashboard, files you upload (PDF, Word, Markdown or text) and pages imported from your website. When your documents don't cover a question, it says it doesn't have that, or stays quiet if you choose.
Yes, if your ticket bot creates each ticket as a text channel inside a category. Dexbi doesn't open tickets itself: you point it at that category and it answers every new ticket, hands tickets to staff, closes solved ones and can save transcripts.
No. In public channels Dexbi uses Smart reply: it answers pings and real questions it can help with, and stays out of normal chat, greetings and conversations between other people.
Yes. It replies in the language of the member's message, even when your documents are in English. It can also read screenshots members send.
No. Dexbi answers in your server's channels, forums, threads and tickets.
